FUYU Ski School --Standard Terms & Conditions

• FUYU Ski School is owned and operated by COS Sports GK.
  
• Please read all registration instructions, terms & conditions and cancellation policy before ​booking. Completion of payment implies the acceptance of all the Terms and Conditions.
  
• Payment of any monies constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
  
• Clients must have or agree that they have valid travel insurance that covers them for ​accidents or injuries sustained whilst undertaking Snowsports activities.
  
• It is the responsibility of the person paying to inform all other people in his/her booking ​group of all terms, conditions, and general information.
  
• The person who pays shall be primarily liable for all fees for the entire group in case of any ​cancellation.
  
• All service offerings are subject to availability.
  
• All ski and snowboard lessons are private lessons and separate lessons are required for ​skiing and snowboarding.
  
• Lessons are confirmed only after full payment is received upfront.
  
• Full Day Private Lessons start between 8:30 am and 10:00 am, last for 6 hours within the ​same day, and include at least a 60-minute lunch/break time. Lunch is not provided, and ​clients are free to take a break during lessons."
  
• Lift passes and gear are not included in the lesson fee and should be arranged by clients.
  
• Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the lesson starts with the appropriate Snowsports ​outfit, protective equipment, your Snowsports gear, and a lift ticket ready to use. Any part ​of any lesson missed as a result of not having a valid lift ticket is non-refundable or ​transferable.
  
• Safety equipment such as protective gear and especially helmets are strongly ​recommended for your own safety. We do not provide rentals and clients should be ​responsible for renting appropriate Snowsport equipment.
  
• Lessons will not be extended or rescheduled due to the late arrival of clients for any ​reason.
  
• For lesson at Niseko, we are NOT able to start any lesson at Niseko Village Resort. Once the ​lesson has commenced, lesson can be carried on to entire Niseko United Resort.
  
• Children under the age of 6 are recommended to take part in a one-on-one lesson. If there ​are children under the age of 6 in the lesson, you must notify FUYU.
  

FUYU Ski School -- Cancellation Policy

• No compensation will be made for weather conditions or other operational conditions ​outside the control of FUYU SKI SCHOOL. Cancellations by clients as a result of bad weather ​will not be refunded. Only in the event of Niseko United official announcement of the resort ​closure are clients entitled to a full refund.
  
• While taking lessons with FUYU’s instructors, all guests, parents, or guardians should ​understand that snow sports can be dangerous and may result in injuries.
  
• FUYU does not assume any liability for any injuries or accidents occurring before, during, or ​after any lesson.
  
• All participants are required to have valid travel insurance that covers accidents or injuries ​sustained while participating in snow sports activities.
  
• FUYU Ski School is not responsible for any lost or damaged equipment before, during, or ​after any lesson. This includes any costs associated with equipment replacement or the loss ​of lesson time.
  
• By enrolling in our lessons, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions, ​understanding the inherent risks associated with snow sports and the limitations of our ​liability.
  
• After a lesson is confirmed, any further request to change the lesson date/time/ switching ​between ski or snowboard will be subject to the instructor's availability. FUYU will ​accommodate such requests to the extent that is possible but cannot guarantee all requests ​can be fulfilled. In the event, that it cannot be fulfilled, and clients decide not to proceed ​with the lesson, the lesson will be deemed as cancellation.
  
• In the event of course cancellations at different times, FUYU will refund a portion of the ​course fees based on the cancellation time.
  
• If you need to cancel due to illness or injury, you must inform FUYU SKI and provide a ​qualified medical certificate 48 hours before the course starts. FUYU will refund 50% of the ​course fee.
  
• If the lesson is cancelled during other periods, FUYU will refund part of the course fee ​according to the cancellation time.
  
• Cancellations of fully paid reservations made more than 21 days prior to the ​commencement date will be refunded 95% of the paid value.
  
• Cancellations of fully paid reservations made within 21 days and more than 14 days prior to ​the commencement date will be refunded 30% of the paid value.
  
• Cancellations of fully paid reservations within 14 days prior to the Commencement date will ​NOT be refunded.
  
• Any associated bank charges and fees for refunds are to be borne by the clients.
  
• To cancel a reservation, please confirm via email and wait for FUYU’s email response to ​confirm the cancellation.
